About KinBridge Care Solutions
When we launched the All in Touch development business it was to address an adult social care situation through using technology in the form of the KinBridge app which provides an integrated private platform for individual caregivers, families and care circles to have a central place where they store essential information about their loved ones that they are caring for, as well as then able to create a history of structured care updates which can be shared as appropriate with specific individuals where there's a need. This includes the ability to export the data and run it through your own AI to get the type of report you need.
As we were developing the KinBridge App we also recognised the need to create some supporting content in the form of online training and convenient care planning workbooks to support unpaid carers and caregivers to develop their care management plan, or a management plan with the assistance of a care coach.
Seeing the need for a sensitive and empathetic approach to coaching people caring for adult dependents we started to evolve the BRIDGE care coaching framework which life coaches and other practitioners could use in addition to their normal approach.
At the very front of our minds, the KinBridge Care Solutions journey is to extend the independence and well-being of our ageing adult loved ones through gradually increasing the kind of care and support appropriate to their needs. Knowing how and when and why to increase or change the care situation requires facts.
This requires us to create tools which promote personal agency while also creating records which can be used to further the diagnosis and treatment of our loved ones by a medical professional.
And so, KinBridge Care Solutions Ltd. is born.

Jeremy brings over six years' experience in an NHS Transformation Division, delivering national programmes that demand high standards, careful governance and a focus on outcomes for people.

- Led a cyber security audit across Adult Social Care providers
- Programme Lead, NHS England Pharmacy First
- Analytical work on GP coordination of care for vulnerable adults discharged to care homes

This combination of delivery, assurance and front-line operational understanding shapes the way the KinBridge App is designed: practical, accountable, and centred on real care journeys.
Jeremy also founded Future Growth Lab Ltd in 2020 — a training and coaching company through which he writes, publishes, and creates online training across project management, leadership, careers, and neurodiversity coaching.
A personal motivation
Jeremy has lived experience of supporting family life across borders — with parents in one country and siblings in others — and understands how hard it can be to keep everyone aligned when time zones, distance and day-to-day pressures get in the way. He has also experienced rapid-onset dementia in his family, including arranging home care, and has seen how stress and incomplete information can strain sibling relationships and undermine communication. KinBridge is shaped by that insight.
